RM 18.00(excl GST) has been deducted for your Promo Monthly (250MB)
subscription.

The purpose of reload is to get birthday bonus and to extend my expiry date
of digi phone 0149482968 for a period of one year from 7 February 2016 to 6
February 2017.

How can I do a 365 days expiry? It is not on menu!

I hope that digi can reverse the deduction and credit back so I can extend
